i found that our needs were addressed nicely by almost everybody. a special thank you goes to chef fayez and chef meecky, also to the chef at the oriental restaurant. mr sameh made it all possible. the delicious cake chef fayez made for our family birthday and graduation was great.
I recommend having a previous handed map. I am sure this will get things sorted much easier.

the resort is located right on the beach, providing easy access to the sea. guests can quickly walk from their rooms to the sandy shore for swimming and sunbathing. nearby, there are also several shops and restaurants outside the resort.

The hotel has several pools. The aqua park side is lively and features various activities. pools are clean, and sunbeds are readily available. the family rooms are spacious though dated, but the hotel is maintained well by hotel staff.

The location is fantastic. many shops are within walking distance. the beach is fine. it is essential to take beach shoes if you want to walk out to sea. we loved momen, who works on the beach. This young man was a ray of sunshine.
i arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm. i missed the evening buffet. i was directed to the dining pub. i was surprised to discover that all items on the menu required payment even though i had an all inclusive package.

the oriental restaurant provided authentic egyptian cuisine full of rich flavors. chef mohamed eskander's very nice skills made the meal lovely. the restaurant offers a lovely view.

ali, the bar man, was very nice. he could not help us more. he was great and so kind. there should be more staff like ali on the bar. he is pleasant.

the private beach adjoining the complex was beautiful. i also found the gardens to be fine and well maintained.
the drinks were not great , the cocktails tasted like syrup mixed with dirty water. the soft drinks were flat and warm.

the rooms are dated. the safe did not work. the balcony door did not lock correctly. i reported these issues using the app and at the front desk, but nothing changed. also, the main buffet food was not good. there were very few vegetarian options. i had an upset stomach for most of the stay!!!
